Get Immediate Answers to Frequently Asked Tenant Questions

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of the month regardless of weekends or holidays. For our leases late fees are not charged until the fifth day of the month however this is not a grace period.

For rent payments we accept personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and online payments through your tenant portal. If paying with a personal check then only one personal check for the full balance will be accepted. You can also set up automatic recurring payments through the tenant portal. For move-in funds only money orders or cashier’s checks are accepted.

We never accept cash.

You can submit service order requests through our tenant portal or by emailing your property manager. Using the tenant portal is recommended.

You are required to give us 30 days’ written notice to vacate. Notices to vacate must be delivered by the rental due date and are always effective from the rental due date. Your property will contact you 60-90 days before your lease expiration and will send you a Renewal Offer Letter.
