Lance Brace

Born and raised in the Valley, Lance graduated from Highland High in Gilbert in 2006. He began in property management in 2010 and quickly found success working with clients of many backgrounds. In 2014 Lance earned his Real Estate Broker’s License. Lance specializes in residential property management and has dedicated his career to raising the bar in the industry. He has helped clients large and small be successful with their investments and really enjoy investing in real estate. Lance’s motto is “do a good job and don’t worry about the money” and this shows in his work. His work as a property manager is second to none and he puts his clients first.

Lance graduated from Mesa Community College in 2015, earned a Bachelor of Philosophy in 2017, and earned his Master of Business Administration in 2020. He is a lifelong learner and seeks to be a high- level expert in the field of property management. Lance is married with three children and they currently live in Phoenix. In addition to managing property for clients Lance is also a successful real estate investor with a portfolio of rentals of his own.

Silvana Davies

Silvana was born and raised in Phoenix in a Canadian-Mexican household. Growing up in Phoenix, she was surrounded by the warmth of her diverse background. Silvana is also fluent in Spanish, a reflection of her commitment to preserving her culture. The ability to switch between languages allows her to connect with people from various backgrounds. From an early age, Silvana discovered her passion for soccer and fitness. Her dedication and love for the sport not only fostered a strong sense of discipline, but also created friendships and unforgettable memories. In 2021, Silvana graduated from high school. Right after graduating, she became a personal trainer, following a path of exercise science and nutrition. Silvana is working on establishing a career in Real Estate. She has always thrived in operational roles within her work environments. With an enthusiasm for learning more about Real Estate, she’s thrilled to embark on her journey with Helios!

Robert Natividad

Robert, a native of the Philippines, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Central Philippines State University. In 2014, Robert started working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. An experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist for multiple US telco companies. As a remote team member for Helios Property Management, he is poised to leverage his skills and expertise to drive success and make a positive impact despite geographical barriers.
